A group of friends and I who specialize in jewelry banded together this June to showcase our art at the Iowa City Art show. We set up a professional display, entertained prospective customers and sold a few things too! The best part, for me, was watching the wonder and awe on the faces of our patrons as they handled and inspected our work. Working with metal, handcrafting 3 dimensional objects of art is a labor of love and passion. Knowing someone likes my work enough to purchase and proudly wear it is an indescribable joy.
